ILE, un tabouret aux proportions solides,  où l’attention particulière portée sur le plein et le vide, lui confère une présence architecturale dans l’espace. Un tabouret au jeu d’équilibre et d’épaisseur déconcertant, ou l’assise semble simplement posée sur deux pieds inclinés. Les différentes pièces du tabouret ont été pensées pour conserver une assise confortable tout en lui conférant une allure moderne et radicale.
Un tabouret où les contrastes sont intensifiés et les affinités sont révélées dans un échange entre un design sobre de réminiscence asiatique et la rigueur brute de son architecture. Une véritable construction mise en valeur par les teintes ocre changeant au gré de la lumière du chêne massif.

ILE, a stool of strong proportions, where the particular attention to full and empty space gives it an architectural presence in every interior. A stool with a disconcerting thickness, where the seat seems placed on two inclined feet. The different parts of the stool have been designed to maintain a comfortable seat while giving it a modern and radical look.
A stool where the contrasts are intensified and affinities are revealed in a dialogue between a sober design, almost Asian and the rigor of its architecture.
